We have also added modern twists to create several exquisite curries. Originally staff meals, "Sara Udon" and "Champon" are now star dishes that are highly praised by the people of Fukuoka! Nagasaki-style Sara Udon uses approximately 450g of crisp vegetables, far exceeding the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's recommended amount, and generously includes luxurious seafood ingredients. It's a huge hit with people of all ages, who say it's "healthy and delicious!" Champon is also a proud specialty with its rich and flavorful soup!
